Cooking Instructions

1. Take 500 g of cut vegetables, required salt, and 2–3 tbsp of Priya Madras Curry Powder. Mix well and keep aside for 15 minutes.
2. Fry 2 chopped onions and green chillies in edible oil until crisp. Add 3–4 tbsp butter or ghee.
3. Mix the contents of step 1 with step 2 and add a little quantity of water or coconut milk. Continue cooking on low flame until the pieces are cooked. Serve hot. Optional: for better taste, add a few coriander leaves and mint leaves.
