Cooking Instructions

1. Combine bhatura mix flour and contents of the sachet (instant dry yeast) in a bowl and mix well with a spoon.
2. Add 5 tbsp oil and 8 tbsp curd, then add the required amount of warm water (about 200-300 ml) for 400 g of bhatura flour.
3. Knead for 5 minutes until the dough is smooth and elastic. Coat with a few drops of oil, cover with a wet towel, and keep in a warm place for 1 hour.
4. Knead the dough again and divide it into 12 equal portions.
5. Heat oil in a deep non-stick pan and deep fry the bhaturas on medium flame until they puff up and turn golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper and serve immediately with hot chole.
