Cooking Instructions

  1. Take 2 litres of warm water and add 2g of asafoetida, 12g of salt, and 25g of sugar, then stir.
  2. Soak the bhalla balls in this water for 15 minutes, then squeeze gently to remove excess water.
  3. Place in a bowl or plate, add yogurt (not included), sweet sauce, and mint sauce to taste, then sprinkle with masala mix and enjoy.
